Art installations at various venues are highlighted here - transforming a space into an immersive interactive art experience. The project and the art were tailored to the venue space - oftentimes adding architectural features to manage your movement within the space, and allowing the art to reveal itself to you in a progressive manner.

In Pam’s words … “My narrative quilts and dolls are larger-than-life-sized self-portraits that tell stories about my life. Using objects traditionally associated with children and play, e.g. dolls, stuffed animals, toys, music box ballerinas, and puppets, I strive to create a childlike whimsy, honesty and playfulness in my work. Found toy objects are dressed, covered, costumed and embellished using embroidery and beads. The quilting and embroidery are all done by hand using a simple running stitch. And through the use of garish, bright colors and tactile fabrics, the viewer is pulled in for a closer exploration of the narrative within.”
