At the inaugural Blink Light Festival in Cincinnati in 2017, Pam was the Artistic Director of the Blink Light Parade - a crowd-sourced parade of light, innovation, and whimsy. It set the tone for future Blink Light Parades - a “can’t miss” kickoff to the festival.
